Who are you? What is your job and how long have you been working at NSI?

I am a functional analyst in the Justice Business Unit. I have been working at NSI since September 2018.

What exactly does a Functional Analyst do?

They analyse the customer’s specific needs to be able to provide a quality program that eases their employees’ tasks. As I used to work in the courts, I think that my expertise is an asset here.

Describe your daily work at NSI in 3 words

Friendliness, perfectionism and autonomy.

How would you describe NSI?

  • Family-feel: NSI is one big family that never leaves anyone behind as it moves forward.
  • Professional: Employees go out of their way to help the company improve. Customers take priority here, while also emphasizing staff well-being.
  • Human: NSI always supports its employees. If you are sick or going through a difficult time, we won’t let you down and you can count on help from the management. In my case, the CEO Manuel Pallage has been a real rock. In the same spirit, NSI also supports many different associations and actions such as Octobre Rose - Think Pink or even Télévie (a large solidarity movement in Belgium).

What would you say to a job applicant about NSI?

Are you looking for a job? Do you like a challenge? Are you looking for a rewarding career and a work family? Come join us, there’s a place for you here!

Why did you choose to work for NSI?

As my 50th birthday loomed, I was seeking new challenges and wanted to step away from my uninspiring civil service job, while making good use of my experience.

Among NSI’s values, which inspires you the most or which do you identify with, and why?

Listening and understanding
NSI is always ready to listen to our requests and our difficulties (both professional and personal). I also feel well supported by both my colleagues and management. This value also stands regarding customers.
