Who are you? What is your job and how long have you worked at NSI?
Ludovic, 35 years old, I’ve been working for NSI for nearly a year. I was recruited as a .net developer analyst but my role recently expanded to Product Owner within two agile developments.
What does your job involve exactly?
On a daily basis, my work involves listening to the customer, ensuring delivered-product quality and the well-being of an amazing team.
I also try to share my knowledge and my interest in graphic facilitation through workshops given in-house with my colleague Sarah.
What do you like most about NSI?
Working in a big company while maintaining a personal touch is a real plus for NSI. We feel listened to and surrounded by what I like to call beautiful people.
Development itself touches on many fields (teaching, private companies, public institutions, etc.), something I consider to be essential and a driving force in my profession: understanding other peoples’ jobs.
Among NSI’s values, which inspires you the most or which do you identify with, and why?
Listening
If I had to choose from the NSI values (respect, listening and customer satisfaction, etc.), I’d choose listening because the chance to express myself and share my ideas with my colleagues has given me great personal satisfaction.
