Who are you? What is your job and how long have you been working at NSI?

I am an Office 365/SharePoint consultant and analyst. I joined NSI in early May 2016, so I’ve already been here 3 and a half years.

What exactly does the job of Office 365/SharePoint consultant and analyst involve?

My role is quite comprehensive: I go to the pre-sales meetings to get a good idea of the needs and come up with an appropriate offer. Then I run analyses to be able to implement the Office 365/SharePoint solution. I draft the support documentation, provide training and help the customer out afterwards, if they have any questions.

Describe your daily work at NSI in 3 words

Variety, challenges and organisation.

How would you describe the working atmosphere at NSI?

My daily work is split between meetings on customer premises and working at the office in Braine. I’m always very happy to go into the office because there’s a lively atmosphere, you greet everyone, we go for a drink together, we chat when we run into each other in the corridor. The atmosphere is very relaxed among the staff, regardless of our workload.

What do you like most about NSI?

My autonomy: I can organise my days as I please. Although, I must get results, of course!

Among NSI’s values, which inspires you the most or which do you identify with, and why?

Respect

This is an important value for me. Regardless of whether it is in private or at work, with customers or colleagues, respect is an important pillar for a relationship to work well. Respecting a job well done is just as important as feeling respected at work.
