The challenges

Devise automatic distribution of in-coming flows towards the back-offices – our goal is zero printing.

Mastermind exchanges between the new tools (and the remaining paper documents) and the different management tools from the three companies.

The results

After the ‘Compensation’ department, we rolled it out in ‘Sales’ and then extended it to all the groups’ companies.
