Who are you? What is your job and how long have you been working at NSI?

Mélodie, I am 31 years old and I have been working at NSI as a project leader for the last 6 months.
I therefore work alongside various teams in the Development Business Unit.

What exactly does a Project Leader do?

A project leader is, first and foremost, the intermediary between project teams and the customer. My job is to make sure that the customer’s needs are met by coordinating the project teams so they can deliver what was initially agreed in terms of deadlines and budget.

Describe your daily work at NSI in 3 words:

Collaboration, dynamism, challenge.

In your opinion, what makes NSI an attractive employer?

NSI has all the qualities of a small structure, colleagues and management nearby, simple procedures, but also the advantages of a large group offering structure with interesting projects and perspectives.

Has your job changed since you joined NSI?

The job and its responsibilities evolve according to each person’s motivation.  I have actually mentioned recently that I’d like more responsibility. NSI listens to us and follows us as our career evolves.

Which of NSI’s values do you identify with most, and why?

Proximity

Proximity makes it possible to forge professional ties with your customer and thereby develop a long-term relationship.

Customer satisfaction

When a team does everything right to finish the project with the right motivation and on time, we are all proud when the customer tells us how satisfied they are.

Listening and understanding

A project leader must be able to listen to their customer to understand their needs, but also listen to the project team to identify future challenges that might endanger the project outcome.
