Who are you? What is your job and how long have you been working at NSI?

Vincent, Business Development Manager, working at NSI since 2010.

What does the job of Business Development Manager involve?

I research and develop new solutions for our customers and our market in general. In this role, I create new internal synergies and external partnerships to implement these innovative solutions.

Describe your daily work at NSI in 3 words

Collaboration, business, emulation.

What would you say to a job applicant about NSI?

That this is a unique company due to its size and type in Wallonia, in Brussels and in Luxembourg; a human sized company where there is plenty of room to express your talents.

In your opinion, what makes NSI an attractive employer?

Its unique position in the French-speaking Belgian market while enjoying all the resources and support of an international Belgian group.

How would you describe the working atmosphere at NSI?

Globally constructive and considerate. The IT market is constantly changing, and these changes are advancing increasingly quickly. In this context, it is difficult to be proactive, to anticipate these changes while keeping a calm mindset. Nevertheless, NSI manages it.

What does it mean to you or inspire in you that NSI has been around for over 25 years?

It makes me proud because I feel like I’ve contributed to it.

What do you like most about NSI?

The freedom of expression.

Has your job changed since you joined NSI?

I have been working for the Cegeka group for over 11 years, firstly as a Presales Infrastructure Architect at Cegeka then as a Presales Manager at NSI and more recently as a Business Development Manager.

What was your first impression when you started?

The feeling of having moved into the top league because of the size and range of the presales projects that I immediately began to work on. At the same time, I was sure of myself because I wasn’t just thrown to the wolves. It feels like a calm force with great resources and ambition.

Among NSI’s values, which inspires you the most or which do you identify with, and why?

Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is crucial: meeting their needs correctly while providing a quality customised solution is at the core of NSI’s concerns.
